meet me!
Hi! I'm Jay emerging artist who works exclusively with black pigment pen. Rooted in simplicity, my art is created with a single pen — a deliberate choice that allows pure focus on line, form, and emotion. Inspired by the quiet beauty of nature and the joy found in cultural celebrations, I invite viewers to bring their own perceptions into my work, making each piece a shared experience.
A self-taught artist, I embraces technology as my tutor, learning through online tutorials, social media reels, and AI-assisted tools. My dedication and unique voice have earned me recognition across several exhibitions, including the Kelmscott Agricultural Show, Armadale Arts Festival, Belmont Art Awards, ASA Annual Art Award Exhibition, and the Diwali Mela Art Exhibition by the Indian Society of WA. I'm currently a member of the Armadale Society of Artists.
Originally from Gujarat, India, I began my creative journey alongside artist friends. After moving to Sydney in 2005, I called Perth home since 2008. My work seeks to spark imagination, evoke emotion, and encourage mindfulness through detailed, colourless compositions that reflect both outer nature and inner stillness.

My Journey
Starting as a self-taught artist, I honed my skills using online tutorials and AI tools, focusing on black pigment pen art.
Each line I draw reflects simplicity and emotion.
